A. No, our properties are fully furnished rental apartments.
Q. What are the advantages of staying with Royal Suites rather than a hotel or a regular apartment sublet?
A. There are many advantages when staying with us. You will save money by staying with us rather than staying at a high end hotel. There are no long-term lease hassles. You will have the whole apartment to yourself. Our apartments are fully furnished to provide more space and privacy than any hotel room. Plus, when you're staying in New York City, why not live like a true New Yorker?
Q. Is there tax on furnished apartments?
A. Stays are subject to applicable state and city lodging tax.
Q. What is required to reserve the apartment?
A. In order to secure your apartment for your desired dates, you will need to make your reservation thru the website or by phone with a credit card to guaranty your reservation.
Q. What happens if I cancel the reservation?
A. If the cancelation is done more than 7 days before the scheduled move-in date there is no charge, less than 7 days you will be charge 50% of the reservation or one night stay if reservation was maid for one night only.
Q. What is included in the apartment rent?
A. All prices include utilities; specifically gas, electricity, free US phone, high
speed internet and basic cable.
Q. Is there housekeeping service?
A. Apartments are cleaned every 2nd day.
Q. Are towels provided?
A. Yes, and towels are changed every 2nd day as well.
Q. What amenities are included?
A. All apartments come with all linens, towels, iron and board, soap, shampoo, tooth brush and paste.
Q. Can we bring guests?
A. Our rates are based on double occupancy. Should there be more guests, there is a fee of $10/night per extra person.
Q. Are pets or smoking allowed?
A. No, in order to keep a clean environment and the living quality, Royal Suites has the rules of non-smoking and no pets for most customers privilege.
Q. How do I get the keys to the apartment?
A. Keys will be handed to you in person by one of our representatives or apartment owner at check-in at the location of the apartment, you must call 20 minutes before your arrival to avoid waiting time.
Q. What is the move-in and move-out time?
A. Check-in: after 3:00pm; Check-out: before 12:00pm
If you need to make special arrangements, please email us at least two days prior to check-in.
Q. How may I pay for my reservation?
A. We accept credit card Visa and master card, Bank Wire, and cash.
